The room was clean and the customer service was exceptional! It’s not very often that I get to stay in a nice hotel, but when I do, I have high expectations. This is hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed in yet. Not just for the building/room itself, but the customer service! Your team was so kind and catering to us and it made for such an amazing night. We will absolutely be back!

Everything was wonderful! Perfect in every way! Loved the smoked old fashioned at Ledger! Customer service amazing! The King Suite was the perfect definition of luxe! Could not get room service after 10 pm but ordered from a local gyro place and the food arrived quickly, was hot, fresh, and suited for people who do not eat pork.

The hotel was wonderful with the various bars - the Ledger was great, and the vault was amazing. We had a wonderful bartender Maris(sp?) All of the staff were top notch. We had great food and drink there.
